A kitten was cruelly dumped in a carrier bag near the canal. Luckily a passer by took found her. She was put on social media on rescue groups but of course no one came for her :-(
I volunteer with a small rescue as a cat foster carer and even thou I don't have the funds I couldn't leave her. Having very recently rehomed a street tom that was with me for 8 months my stray cat pot is zero. The big charities wont help me because i work and don't claim benefits. I am just explaining incase people think why are you asking for money. I never do and have rehomed 17 cats in 7 years so this is a big thing for me to ask for help but here is the story.
I took her to my vets for an assessment. She only has one eye (which is misty) and the socket has a bad infection. So I am bathing and putting eye drops in. Alongside she is TINY for her age so hasn't been fed properly. When she is bigger and the infection is cleared she will be spayed. At the same time her socket will be operated on. Lots going on there.
I am tempted to rave and rant about people not looking after their animals but i will restrain myself.
So as you will see funds are needed desperately to get this little girl on her way to her perfect home. Please help if you can.
