We miss you............
Keep the Albert alive...THE RAZORBLADES want to return!
We're all going to need a good gig when this is over, not all got funding - #SaveOurVenues
Support the venues, support the bands
Prince Albert has hosted some of my favourite Brighton shows in these last few years. To lose it as a venue would be a massive blow to not only the local music scene, but as a cultural hub that would attract people from all over to come and play this phenomenal venue. Let's hope we can save it!
I love this place, seen countless concerts here and played my first ever gig too. Can't wait to come back again when all this cr!p is over
Love this venue because my favourite local, and national bands have played there. All our best!
Big love to everyone. Hope we can have some gigs back at The Albert soon. xx
In May, two of Boomtowns most beloved micro stages, Postal Posse and The Jobcentre put together a twelve hour stream for #saveourvenues and raised nearly £900 to spread between the venues they connect most with in Brighton. We have since started a TV channel to keep on making weird stuff happen at www.snac.tv
Our band played a couple of gigs at this venue and we've been entertained by countless other bands over the years - Brighton wouldn't be the same without you. Hope you reach your target.
Best of luck from a friend of your pals at Republic of Music.
Only place you can watch football see a gig and get a decent pint in Brighton
Very happy to support the Save the Prince Albert cause Seen some truly brilliant gigs in the small bit perfectly formed upstairs space over the years, and would be an absolute disaster if this venue was forced to close, as its crucial for helping to break new bands on the start of their musical journeys - support The Prince Albert!
I played a gig at The Prince Albert a very very long time ago... probably around 1996/7. Live techno/acid/dance music duo known as "LOGAN 5" with my mate Chubba. And then 20 years later after seeing Back To The Planet I bumped into an old university friend I hadn't seen in as many years after popping in for post-gig drinks. Would be very sad if The Prince Albert disappeared.
All our support - the idea of not seeing gigs here one day is insane.
Such an iconic venue and great gigs. Look forward to seeing The Burning Hell again there soon!
Will share this with my mates, best of luck to you! Hope you hit your target!
We're trying to donate to all the venues we love in Brighton
I miss having the Albert fill my veins with Burning Sky Arise. You guys are great Also, Jake Smith threatened me to donate
I look forward to celebrating your reopening 🍻
Came here from Jamie Freeman's live show- good luck with the fundraising!
Played with various bands over the years at the Prince Albert. Great venue showcasing a wide range of musical styles. Snarky Puppy even performed there ! Good luck Will and the team. Rupert x
