I've been deejaying for more than 20years but never made it an actual career. However nightlife IS a close family, a way of life that makes me go forward. I will support it in any way i can

We understand and support the need for rules and regulations in these difficult times, we want everyone who comes to The RVT, customers, performers and staff to be safe, but the 10pm curfew is a pointless and dangerous measure that will cause more harm than good and we need it revoked. The hospitality industry is on the verge of a winter of discontent that could have far reaching effects on not only the economy, but also the way we live our lives. We are facing the permanent loss of many pubs, clubs, bars, theatres, live music venues and the arts in general, areas which this country has excelled at and are now being abandoned by this government. The 10pm curfew will cause the closure of venues, the loss of jobs in those venues and for performers and all the others who rely on the arts to live. The Night Time Industry Association along with Jeremy Joseph of G-A-Y are mounting a legal challenge through the courts against the Government on the 10pm curfew and they need your support. The UK's arts and hospitality industries are something that we should all be proud of, they are vital to the future of this country and to everyone's well being, let's' not lose them.
