Save stray kitten. From Crete to the UK please

Whilst on holiday in Crete we came across many, many strays. It's heartbreaking. More strays than I've ever seen anywhere before. 

Some were being fed by local restaurants or tourists. Most are neglected. 

Out of the 30 or so stray cats and kittens we came across there was 1 that stood out. 

She should be white but her fur is yellow and brown with dirt. It's matted and she has fleas.

She has a bald patch up her spine with a big scabby scar thats exposed to the 30°C+ summer sun. Her ears are scabbed. She's so small and skinny. You can feel every bone in her body when you pet her. 

She's likely deaf, her eyes are infected. 

I can't just go home and forget about her. 

I've fed her every day and I'm trying to organise veterinary care and a foster home. 

Please help us help her and take her to her forever home where she will be loved and safe for the rest of her life. 

I need to fund food for her for several weeks and with a Foster carer. 

Vaccines, subsequent blood test 3 weeks after the vaccine. The passport fees, the flights. It's the flights that will cost the most. I can get myself back to crete on a budget airline to collect her but returning to the UK with an animal requires an approved airline and they aren't cheap. Will also need an airline approved crate for transport as a normal cat carrier is not accepted. 

I will be using my own money also, I am not expecting to fund it all from donations but it will be impossible for me to get her sorted and home without any support! 

Please find it in your heart to help this poor kitten and to get her to her forever home.
