NM Hope Ltd. Prize Draw Terms and Conditions January 2023
By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
The prize draw is being run by NM Hope Ltd. (“Hope”).
Eligibility to enter
The prize draw is only open to entrants over 18 years of age.
In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
The prize draw is free to enter by writing to the address below.
How to enter
There are two ways to enter the draw:
To enter the prize draw for free, send a closed envelope marked “Save our Hope” to NM Hope Ltd, Unit 8, Frilsham Home Farm, Yattendon, Berkshire RG18 0XT and include inside your name and contact details.
Alternatively you can enter through the the Crowdfunding web platform:
£25, £50 and £100 donation gives a single entry
£250 donation gives 3 entries
£500 donation gives 10 entries
Individuals can enter as many times as they wish through any route.
Hope will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
The prize will be a styling appointment with Nayna McIntosh, CEO and founder of Hope, either by a zoom or other video conference link or in person at the company’s offices together with a voucher for £1,000 to be used to purchase from the Spring/Summer ’23 collection.
The winner will be drawn at random.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
The decision of Hope regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner announcement
Entries for the draw will be accepted from 6am GMT on 29th January 2023. The draw will close at 11:59 pm (GMT) on Monday 20th February 2023.
The winner will be notified by email no later than Monday 27th February 2023, via the email address provided during entry or other contact details.
Hope will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Hope reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Receipt of the prize
The prize can be obtained by contacting Hope anytime after the launch of the Spring/Summer 2023 collection (date will be advised) and before 31 July 2023.
Data protection and publicity
You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Hope for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

Limitation of Liability
Hope does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Hope does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

Hope reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
