SAVE MY SUPPORT DOG JENNY

I'm disabled with bowel cancer and diabetes, when my sugars go low jenny senses it and goes mad at me waking me up so I can use my insulin ect to correct it. Her vaginally wall has become thin so can't keep all her inside bits in,she needs a operation now, I haven't included a photo as it's not pleasant to look at but can supply them if needed. She is my support dog emotionally and socially.
