Save my home- urgent roof repairs from storm

Hi, my name is Prisha, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and a desperate plea for help. I’ve found myself in a difficult situation after my beloved home, a Grade II listed building, was severely damaged during Storm Bert on November 24th, 2024.
I purchased this property just 10 months ago with all my savings. It was my dream to restore and preserve this piece of England’s heritage. I poured everything I had into making it livable, but unfortunately, the storm has caused extensive damage, especially to the roof, resulting in severe leaks that are now threatening the integrity of the entire house.
The roof repairs are urgent, and I need to act quickly. As a Grade II listed building, it’s vital to ensure any repairs maintain the character of the property and preserve it for future generations. The longer I wait, the more damage will be done—not only to the house but also to the preservation of this important part of England’s history.
On top of all of this, I am also living with a long-term blood disorder, which requires monthly treatments. The stress of dealing with the roof damage and the financial strain it has caused has had a severe impact on my health. The anxiety and constant worry about how to fix this situation are affecting my well-being in ways that I can’t fully express. The pressure of trying to manage both my health and the condition of the house has been overwhelming.
I’ve reached out to my insurance, but unfortunately, they’ve informed me I can’t make a claim for the storm damage. To make matters worse, the local council has ignored all my emails, leaving me with no support or resources. I’ve spent all my savings just trying to make the house livable, and now I don’t know where else to turn.
