Save Milnrow Youth Centre

The Labour Cabinet of Rochdale council have this week taken the decision to cut funding Milnrow Youth Centre. This will save a paltry £3k per year. We are proposing that a new management committee is established to run the building, raise and generate funds, and not only re establish, but increase provision and services to young people in our ward.
