Sandbrook's vision is of an outstanding community playgroup which is accessible to as many children as possible, whatever their background. We are integral to the community and offer a supportive network which will strengthen families and improve the lives of children in Hackney.
A large number of the children at Sandbrook's have special educational needs, which require additional support. We're proud to be inclusive and give the individual care that all our children need. Unfortunately the funding we receive does not keep up with the costs of providing this incredible service. Many of our families are also on low incomes, so fundraising is a vital way to raise much needed funds to support the work we do.
We are eternally thankful to our dedicated supporters, parents and ex-parents who attend our events and create their own to help fund our fantastic nursery.
