Well...they say we all have a book in us! If we can help bring the wonderful illustrations and story to life, we can really start emotional wellbeing in our children at the most receptive time of their lives. God luck Ezra , Louise and all the fantastic Suffolk Mind team!

Sammy Movement and Memory Game for children

Inspired by Sammy Sea Squirt’s journey through the ocean, is a fun way to get your brain and body active! It uses memory and movement to help children make the link between movement and good mental health. All you need do is print this game out and then cut out each of the 16 cards following the dotted lines, so you have a picture one side and instructions on the other. Children will need a grown up to help with this print and play game!
