I am a 21 year old that had a dream 2 years ago to own my very own football club. With hard work It seems my dream became true and I’m forever grateful. I currenly have 2 teams a U10 and U15s - I used to have a senior team but could not afford to keep it running as I’m using all the money from my personal saving
My vision is to make this club different then others in my area, I want every single player at my club to feel valued and special and I feel that with how this new generation is I can make my club very successful and remain in the leagues for a very long time. How will I achieve it? With your help I am planning to do major things for the players such as
• creating an app where the players can see their statistics and development board on what to improve on
• purchasing elite tracker vests where the players can monitor how they play, how many yards they’ve run and which would also show heat maps to where they have been in the pitch after the game
•Websites where it shows who won player of the week, player of the month, man of the match and all news surrounding the club
And that’s just a few - I would love to have our own pitch in the future and also one day turn this club into an academy
And I promise I will not stop working until I have achieved that goal
But with everyone’s help I can do it for the children
