I will attempt to run 10K to help support the Linda Norgrove Foundation. The foundation was established in 2010 following the unsuccessful attempt to rescue Linda from captivity in Afganistan. The foundation helps women and children by delivery small projects to help women and children gain access to healthcare and education, including assistance with daily living such as emergency food aid and hygiene products. Any small amount you can give to help me achieve my target will be massively appreciated.
