With the extra money we will purchase a new computer to improve the website-online shop, we will purchase the full Adobe Package membership to work in the creation of better quality images and text for our Instagram post, website layout design.
We will also start to explore the options of opening the bookshop-cafe-event space.

In the last few months we have been curating a series of talks about contemporary Spanish literature called Romancero Talks. The first of these talks were founded by the Office of Cultural and Scientific Affairs at the Spanish Embassy in the UK, and we are currently planning more of this talk for 2021 and looking for other sources of funding.
The first talks are available to watch here: https://spainculturescience.co.uk/event/romancero-talks/
All these talks were translated and subtitled to English.
At the end of November we recordered a talk about two women poets of the Spanish Literature period known as the Silver Age. Lucía Sánchez Saornil and Pilar de Valderrama.
This talk was supported by the University of Exeter, the Association of Hispanits of Great Britain and Ireland, Torremozas editions, the Cervantes Institue of London and the Office of Cultural and Scientific Affairs at the Spanish Embassy in the UK.
Another series of talks titled 'frente a frente' or 'tête-à-tête' are curated by Romancero Books with no funding. In these talks we invite writers to talk about their books for 30 minutes on a video call. The only requisite to take part on the talk is to have published the book in an independent publisher.
