Role Group - Tough Mudder - 10 miles/ 20 obstacles

Role Group are raising money for the Lighthouse Club Charity to help them provide 24/7 support to our construction buddies if they are in need or having a tough time. We chose a cold, wet, muddy day full of fun and laughter. 

Well, hopefully there is some laughter - it's going to be quite brutal!!  

Nice walk out, with some tear gas, heights, water drops, ice baths and electric shock nonsense over 10 long, thick, sticky, muddy miles with equally muddy shoes and pants.
