Our mutual aid group is raising a very small amount to cover the costs of continued outreach and our phoneline.

Thanks to 2000 residents in our Facebook group and a network of brilliant helpers, our mutual aid group has supported hundreds of people in our neighbourhoods. Based on a recent poll of our group, we've decided to keep organising our community support work - grocery drops and pharmacy runs - as well as keeping our phoneline active for people who need our help.

This very, very small fundraiser is just to cover the costs of printing more flyers for community outreach, to let people know that we're still here and what we can help with; and to cover the cost of the phone line.

We are trying to be a funds-free group. This fundraiser will cover only what we've spent. Our flyers are printed by Cardiff Bay Printing, for a total of £144 for our whole area. Our phone line is £10 per month with EE (costed here for 6 months, at £60). We've been paying for this out of our own pockets for the last few months. This will take us up to September, when we'll reassess again.

We know there are many more important fundraisers out there, but if you have £1 or £2 to spare, we would be very grateful for your help.

All of the money raised will go directly towards these costs, and we will post receipts here. Although this is carefully budgeted, if we have any surplus funds, we will donate them to the Cardiff Foodbank. Thank you for reading this, and take care of yourself in these difficult times!
