 New stretch target

We have plans to tour this project widely in 2025 and beyond any funds raised above our initial target will enable to us to bring this innovative work to more regions across the UK and share the important message this work brings to the stage through music and dance.

Rhythms in Motion: Empower the Journey

“What is the point of being alive if we aren’t helping each other - from little acorns grow mighty oaks.”
Small Things Like These by Clair Keegan.

We have launched a crowdfunding campaign to support the new collaboration with the Freedom To Roam collective.

Celebrating our deep interconnection with nature through the universal language of music and dance composer, Eliza Marshall and choreographer, Deborah Ward have reimagined the powerful narrative score that toured the UK in 2021-2023 to create a theatrical dance interpretation.

The powerful message of award-winning album Freedom To Roam: The Rhythms Of Migration will now bring a captivating new dimension to the live performance, woven through original choreography created by artists from Ballet Folk.

This stunning new collaboration communicates themes of compassion, humanity, rewilding, and hope through art, highlighting our intricate relationship with the land and each other.

The aim of the project is to inspire hope, empowerment, and aspiration through the powerful mediums of music, film, visual art, and now dance. With your support, we can:

✨ Develop breathtaking new choreography
✨ Hire rehearsal spaces and develop costume design/production
✨ Continue to spread our message of interconnectedness and compassion

Funds will enable us,

1. to create / rehearse the folk ballet in high quality professional dance studios.

2. to collaborate with experts in Indian Classical Dance to inform some elements of the movement with authentic representation.

3. to design and construct original sustainbly sourced costumes using natural dyes/recycled fabrics for the whole compmany.

Contribute: Your financial support will directly fund our rehearsals, room hire, and co-choreographers and costume design/production.
