REVIVAL:
During August this year, Rosie Glow Productions are hosting Revival, an innovative variety production in Scotland. We want to give Scottish people the opportunity to enjoy live quality entertainment, whilst being able to adhere to the evolving social distancing guidelines. Revival is Scotland's first drive-in theatre production and it will be hosted at the prestigious, Scone Palace. The audience will be able to enjoy live theatre from the comfort of their own cars providing a unique and exciting experience.
Revival is a celebration of Scottish talent both on and off stage. Our team are passionate about bringing live entertainment back to Scotland in a way that is accessible to everyone in this current climate. With inspiration from the vintage style of drive-in cinemas of the 1950's while pairing it with a modern comedic touch in order to create a eclectic variety show appealing to all ages.
ABOUT US:
Since lockdown, the entertainment industry has come to a halt effecting all our careers. Eldest sister, Rohanne, studied at the Dance School of Scotland from the age of 12, she then went on to perform worldwide on cruise ships and around the UK in various prestigious shows. Meanwhile, Victoria achieved her undergraduate degree with East 15 Acting School and now performs in shows across UK including Scottish favourites such as the Eden Court Inverness Pantomime. Harriet has been raised, worked and educated, to a high level, in central Scotland and is passionate about maintaining the delights of Scottish entertainment.
Revival allows us to use our combined skills and passion for the industry to bring live theatre back to our home country.
WHY WE NEED YOUR HELP:
All money raised will go towards necessities for Revival such as venue hire, sound equipment, stage hire, ticketing materials and the extra costs that comes with keeping our audience safe whilst providing excellent entertainment.
Minimum needed to cover these costs: £10,000.
Ideally we would like to raise: £15,000 which will help us to cover all additional expenses such as costumes and promotional materials.
We are working hard to create Revival within a very short time frame. We are passionate about helping Scottish theatre in this difficult time and any profit made will go towards creating future performances with Rosie Glow Productions, to continue to make theatre accessible in ever changing times.
To thank you your kind donations we are offering some tokens of our appreciation and small mementos from the show!
Donating isn't the only way to support this event, please share - on twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
