We're still collecting donations
On the 24th January 2022 we'd raised £2,840 with 48 supporters in 56 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
Very simple, we need to replace the nets that protect the houses and bungalows on the other side of the ground. There is no cricket without.

On the 24th January 2022 we'd raised £2,840 with 48 supporters in 56 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
The weather has taken its course with the cricket club and late on Friday night we witnessed the damage.
Fortunately it doesn't look like they will drop any further but all the nets and poles will need replacing.
There is not cricket club without these nets and without fundraising, the club would not be able to start the 2022 season.
Over the next week, we will make the area safe for the residents and work mighty hard on raising the funds to replace all the damaged area.
Every penny helps and even the smallest donation would be very much appreciated.
We are working hard with the social side to make this a community club and it would be terrible to see this stop the progress.
Thanks in advance for your continued support.
