Due to my partner's Ill health, I had to give up work and make many sacrifices, including giving up furniture to make room for disability aides, bed for a hospital bed, which i was sleeping on the floor for months, so I could look after him from home in June 2022, sadly, he passed away in April 2023
I did everything in my power to make sure my partner was loved and cared for, and live comfortably as possible
You forget about everything else when you have to drop everything and accommodate for your Love One, like nothing else matters. In this situation, all you care about is your Love One. You neglect your own needs to accommodate your Love One'needs. You just want to be there for your Love One every second of every day
This occurred many debts, and my rent is my main priority to keep a roof over my head, and one less weight of my shoulders
I fear becoming homeless.
It is very hard to process everything, grief, and re-ajust to single life.
As time has gone on, I have found it very difficult to get back into the working environment and focus.
My mental health has had a huge inpact on me and has caused some physical health issues
