Terms & Conditions

1) By entering our prize draws you are agreeing to the following prize draw Terms and Conditions.

2) Our prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age only and must be a resident of Great Britain.

3) By entering our prize draw you confirm that you are eligible to do so, and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

4) The number of entries allowed per person are unlimited, based upon;

a) A donation of £3 will secure 1 entry into the draw the participant has entered.

b) A donation of £5 will secure 2 entries into the draw the participant has entered.

c) A donation of £10 will secure 5 entries into the draw the participant has entered.

d) A donation of £20 will secure 12 entries into the draw the participant has entered.

5) Our prize draw is also free to enter via Postal Entries

How To Enter  

6) The prize draw open at 1pm on Tuesday 15 October and closes at 1pm on Wednesday 19 November 2024 Late entries will not be accepted.

7) To enter the prize draw:

a) For Online Entries please enter via the form options opposite

b) For Postal Entries - please see below;

Postal entrants may enter the promotion: 

i)    by mailing their full name, address, email address and a contact telephone number (including area code if providing a landline number) or other method of contact (as applicable), to the following postal address:

Briton Ferry Renettes, Brton Ferry RFC, Ynysymaerdy Road, Briton Ferry SA11 2TL

and

ii)    by sending an entry within an envelope. Not on a postcard. Entries received other than in an envelope will not be accepted.

In the case of multiple entries received in a single envelope, only one entry will be entered into the draw. Multiple entries can be made but in separately posted single entries.

Entries sent by post;

iii)    must be received at the relevant postal address specified for entries by the end of the Entry Period as specified in Clause 6.

iv)    Entries which have not been given the correct and sufficient payment for postage will be invalid and will not be considered.

v)    Personal and hand delivered entries will not be accepted.

8) We are unable to accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate - or for prize draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit.

The Prize    

9) The prize will be as follows;

One winner will receive a signed Cardiff Blues shirt as seen in the pictures.

10) The winner of our prize draw will be selected by Google Random Number Generator after the close of the competition

11) The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

12) Briton Ferry Renettes are not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including any faults and non-receipt of prize.

13) The decision of the Briton Ferry Renettes Committee regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement  

14) Winners will be notified after Friday 29 November 2024 by the email address or provided in the prize draw entry.

15) We will attempt to contact winners by email up to three times. If contact is not made we reserve the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Claiming The Prize

16) Arrangements for delivery will be made between Briton Ferry Renettes and the selected winner via telephone and/or email

17) If a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days, they will lose their right to the prize.

18) If the winner cannot be contacted or has not claimed their prize within the required time limit, we reserve the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Data Protection & Publicity    

19) You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by us for the purposes of administering the prize draw.

20) Winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name.
