What is The Hub at Bridgwater

The Hub at Bridgwater is a centralised inclusive space open to

everyone. offering invaluable support through drop-in sessions, support

groups, community information as well as signposting to various

organisations and professionals.

The Hub facilitates social inclusion by bringing together diverse groups.

It works in close partnership with several different organisations

including Dementia UK, Alzheimer’s, SEN schools, The Local Food

Bank, Local Pantries, Veterans Association, Second Step, Mind,

Menopause Groups, LGBTQ, WI and Armed forces to help reduce

stigma, encourage people to seek help, and fosters a supportive

community environment.

What happens at The Hub at Bridgwater

By hosting events, workshops, and group activities, The Hub cultivate a

sense of belonging and community spirit. These interactions help build

stronger, more resilient communities where individuals support one

another and work together to address local issues.

Our Future

The Hub is currently in the process of moving to a new location, this move will open

up more opportunities to deliver additional support to the community.
