We run a balance programme which includes a variety of sporting activities which we run twice a week. The activities depend on the physical health of the residents. We try to cater for everyone's capability as we know that physical activities are good to improve you physically and mentally. We usually do group sport activities which also is a good way to help residents form connections with us, breaking isolation.
