Terms & Conditions

• The promoter of this prize draw is Marwell Wildlife, Registered Charity No 275433.
• Each £5 donation will enter you into the prize draw. You can also purchase ticket bundles from our reward list. All funds will help care for the red pandas at Marwell Zoo.
• You may make several entries to the prize draw but only one Red Panda Experience prize will be awarded.
• The prize draw will close at 10:00am on Monday 16 June 2025, Entries received outside this period will not be counted.
• Winners will be randomly selected through a draw performed by a computer process.
• The winner will be notified by email by Tuesday 17 June 2025.
• Entrants signing up for awards including Marwell Wildlife membership or a red panda adoption will be contacted about their awards within a week of the closing date.
• Entrants signing up for an award including complimentary tickets will receive their tickets within a month of the closing date. These will be valid for a year from the date received.
• For awards including Marwell Wildlife membership or a red panda adoption, standard terms and conditions of Marwell Wildlife membership and animal adoptions will apply and can be found at www.marwell.org.uk/terms-conditions
• The prize draw is open to all aged 18 years or over excluding Marwell Wildlife and associated partner’s employees and their families, Marwell Wildlife board members or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
• The Red Panda Experience prize can be redeemed between July 2025 and October 2025.
• This prize is suitable for two people aged 12 years or older. 
• Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate you on your preferred date, we cannot guarantee the first choice of date will be available. Please get in touch to discuss any travel/accommodation arrangements prior to confirming your prize experience. 
• The welfare of the animals in our care is our top priority. Should any animals on the day of the visit be experiencing any health concerns we may have to alter the experience and either find a suitable alternative or book you in for a different day.  
• Marwell Wildlife reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any booked experiences for reasons such as severe weather, staff shortages, and animal welfare reasons. Marwell Wildlife will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible but please be aware that cancellations may occur on the day of the experience for reasons beyond our control. 
• By entering, winners agree to allow Marwell Wildlife to use their name for publicity purposes, unless they request anonymity at the time of claiming the prize.
• Marwell Wildlife will not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, or any other costs if a date is cancelled. 
• We require at least 14 days’ notice to book your prize and we’ll work together with you to find the date that suits everyone. 
• Please allow 14 days’ notice if you wish to cancel or rearrange your booking

Entry Method

• To enter, participants can purchase prize draw entries via this Crowdfunder campaign. Entrants may enter as many times as they like.
• Free entry is also available by post. See the prize draw page for the free entry postal address. Further details about the free entry route rules are below.

Personal Data

• Any personal data collected for the purpose of this prize draw will be used solely for administering the draw and contacting the winner.
• The data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant's consent.

Free Entry

• Free entry to the prize draw is available by post, and full details on how to enter for free are clearly displayed on the Crowdfunder project page.
• To enter by post, entrants must send their full name, contact details, and the name of the prize draw on a postcard or in an envelope with correctly paid postage.
• Entries must be sent via post and will not be accepted if delivered by hand.
• Entries with insufficient or incorrect postage will be void.
• Only one entry is permitted per envelope or postcard. Multiple entries within a single envelope will be disqualified.
• Free postal entries will be given an equal chance of winning as paid entries.
