Rebuild East Midlands exists to break the cycle of exploitation, empowering individuals to rebuild their lives and embrace a hope filled future.
We work across Derby and Derbyshire providing long term support to adults who are recovering from the impact of Modern Slavery.
This can include:
Practical, Advocacy and Emotional Support
- 1-2-1 future focused support based on what each individual person needs
- Support and advocacy to access benefits, housing, employment and training
- Emotional support to navigate the daily impact of trauma
Activity and Group Sessions
We run groups and activities that aim to reduce isolation, build confidence and improve well-being. Examples include:
- Sewing Group
- IT Group
- Coffee mornings
- Men's Groups
- Family and baby groups
Therapeutic, Coaching and Wellbeing Support
1:1 sessions supporting individuals to support individuals to manage stress, trauma and improve overall wellbeing
