mother and family stuck with out transport

Mother and her family of 3 children travelling from great yarmouth to  felixstow  round trip 140 miles to take her children to  school after they been stuck  in emergency accommodation  in great yarmouth with  the family car broken down  in the 6 weeks hoilday could not been fixed so had to be scrap now left in a strange place I don't no any body I'm all on my own no money to buy other car with  stuck in a in a nightmare  flat in the middle of  town  with all this refugees which I'm  scared to go to the shops orout and about as I have had  bottle through  at me and my kids  I had have kicking at my door and windows  and stranger walking into her flat have phone police and don't yet nothing has been done I'm am so scared to go anywhere I'm afraid no one  can help to raise money  I need buy another car to take my children  to school  please help thanks
