I love swimming in the sea / open water and with climate change and the increase of heavy rain, this sewage problem is only going to get worse. Great work Sirens!

I live in Littlehampton where there are several sewage outlets making sea swimming a risky business. The sooner Southern Water clean up their act the better.

Hey Klara - good work you guys - good luck!! Seeing the drone pictures of the coast from Saltdean round to Brighton made me feel so, so blessed to live here. So let's keep it clean!!

Thank you for highlighting this problem, I’ve been swimming regularly in the sea in Hove for the last year and pollution is always a concern. Keep up the good work.

I wish your campaign success. It’s essential that companies like Southern Water stop polluting the sea and rivers and that they ensure their water treatment processes are ecological and sustainable.

I got conjunctivitis from swimming off St Leonards last week, so painfully aware of affects of pollution. Keep up the good work.

Thank you for all that you do to insure that our coastline remains safe, for the well-being of all its daily visitors and all our marine life - this is of paramount importance.

Louise Gibson  28th June 2021

I am behind you all the way as I am swimming regularly in the sea and need see the improvment from the Water companies how to stop the leaking in the near future. Thank you

Hoping this small contribution will add to the momentum - all power to the will of the people to protect the water and hold Southern Water accountable! Clean seas for all

I swim most days at Saltdean and I don’t want to swim in sewage nor to do I want any living being to have to . In the 21st century there has to be other safer alternatives and as for wet wipes, facial wipes - don’t use them!!
