We have been supporting the community with emergency food since 2011. We don’t believe anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. That’s why we provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis. In recent years we have been developing our 'more than food' projects - aimed at tackling the underlying needs of the emergency food parcels. We now also offer: • Benefits and advocacy • Debt support • Counselling for adults and children • Befriending services • English for refugees • Sewing sanctuary • Skills building (i.e. CV writing, interview skills etc) • Breakfast club and fresh food Fridays. Our goal is to ensure that every person that walks through our door can access the help they need in order to restore dignity, revive hope and transform lives.

How we have helped, in the words of those we have walked beside:
'I feel like my old self more. I used to feel like giant rocks were chasing and squashing me into the ground. Now it feels like small rocks I can step over. I am growing more confident everyday'
'The foodbank was there when we really needed it. It was an absolute lifeline'
'I came at a difficult time in life and counselling has helped me identify why I feel anxious and find ways to manage it better,
'I am a stronger person due to this support and I know when I need help. I will continue to go forward and stay sane'
Our Aim:
Our goal is to ensure that every person that walks through our door can access the help they need in order to restore dignity, revive hope and transform lives.
