Congratulations on the positive outcome i.e. the allowing of the judicial review by Mr Justice Swift. You made a good case and received a just decision. I am disabled myself and have had to appeal so was glad to have the opportunity to support your effort to prevent injustice and promote humanity in DWP procedures. A step in the right direction but a long way left to travel, as this decision indicates, the DWP's whole attitude has been wrong and at odds with fair assessment for some time now.

I wish you well in the legal fight for justice and fairness for those who are less able to do this as lone individuals

This case should be legal aid funded, it is a disgrace that it has to be crowd funded, particularly so under the current benefit system which should be fair, but which is not.

During an election when UC and the benefits system generally are hardly mentioned, it is so good to see that not everyone has forgotten how unfair it can be. I wish you every success.

Please help if you can, I only donated what I could afford, please don't be put off by the large amounts displayed when you reach the page , just change the amount in the box. Some people are genuinely struggling and cannot afford £20.00, it would be fairer if the suggestion of an amount was omitted, in my humble opinion.

I've been through this process and its not nice especially as my wife of 40 years had died a few days earlier. My case was settled in my favour at a tribunal.
