Aim: To raise money for British congress
I've been politically conscious for the past few years and have now been an RCP/RCI member for 2 years. My adult life I have also been very into the gym and working out so I decided to combine 2 of my passions into one. So I have decided I will do a rep for every member of the RCI.(around 8000) Every push-up, every curl, every squat, etc. I will track on HEVY. This means between now and congress, which is 3 weeks away, I will have to do 381 reps a day.
I also invite anyone who is interested to participate in this. Anyone who wants to donate, also contribute some reps! Do 100 pushups, or however many of a certain exercise so I don't have to do all 8000 alone! If thats what you want to do send a donation and reference it as the amount of reps you did or DM me on instagram @st03118 where I will be tracking the donations made and the reps completed :)
If we pass the 8000 before congress I will also donate an extra pound for every 50 reps.
While I do not expect "proof" in the form of a video of every rep completed. I will add my HEVY workout to every day that I complete. If you "cheat" the only person you will be cheating is yourself. :)
