For example, if there is a continued threat to ambulance crew safety, as seen in recent terrorist attacks and criminal attacks involving weapons, they will not enter a place to treat casualties until the police have told them the area is safe to do so. Although there are many other ways for a catastrophic bleed to occur, such as a car accident or a work related in jury. 

General first aid kits are not designed to treat such severe bleeding.

Having a Bleeding Control Kit on scene means life-saving treatment can be provided within minutes before emergency services arrive. 

We believe that having publicly accessible bleeding control kit in all major shopping centres, pubs/clubs, schools , colleges and High streets could be the difference between life and death. 

The Bleeding kit locations are also stored in a national database and accessed by 999 phone operators.

The caller will be told which kit is nearest their location for fastest collection to provide vital aid by preventing blood loss.

We are hoping to raise as much as possible to provide these kits in dartford , Bexley, and surrounding areas, to as many publicly accessible places as possible. Then hopefully move on to supplying High streets with BLEED CONTROL cabinets that can be accessed via a code supplied by a 999 operator 24/7.
