Aim: Propertia aims to provide seamless property management, enhancing landlord and tenant experiences through transparency, efficiency, and mode

I’ve spent the past three years managing around 50 properties for a private landlord, building strong relationships with suppliers and maintenance professionals. Now, I’m starting a property management business with my closest friend. Our vision is to make property management seamless and transparent for landlords as well as offering low rates and a more personal experience for landlords where they won't have to worry about their property. 

We will use the money raised to develop an innovative app that allows landlords to stay up to date with their properties. They will be able to track monthly income and expenses, monitor any issues with their properties, and receive real-time updates on how we are resolving them. We aim to make this app unique by offering features such as customized reports, alerts, and personalized insights into their property portfolio, providing a complete, user-friendly experience.

The money will also be used to buy equipment and software such as desktops, phones and a dedicated property management software where we can store the documents for properties we manage whilst we build our own. 

As part of the 99 Homes franchise, we have a dedicated team handling tenant agreements, vetting processes, and admin work, allowing us to focus on delivering excellent property management services.
