We are a fully voluntary, seven day a week, street level service provider dedicated to delivering value, worth and dignity to those who have fallen through the cracks of societies social acceptance. We believe that through demonstrating to individuals that the worth they have is not dictated by the circumstances in which they find themselves, they will be enabled to reach beyond the belief that nothing can ever change.

Project 16:15 was established during the beast from the east winter of 2017. As Nortamptons only dedicated, street level service provider, operating seven days a week and manned 100% by volunteers, our mission is though the provision of practical assistance to demonstrate and deliver, value, worth and dignity to those society has, for the most part, rejected and dehumanised.
We uniquely serve breakfast in bed to our rough sleepers, from 6.00 every morning. It's unique because we provide a one to one service, utilising a van equipped woth both oven and fridge.
We run welfare teams throughout the day and night, assisting anyone we are able to reach with a varied range of street related needs.
We support those in temporary and supported accomodation, ensuring they have a voice that will and does speak out for justice, compassion and respect on their behalf.
We also run a dignity pantry, which deliveries food support to those that need it, in such a manner that no one but themselves would know it was charity assistance.
Project 16:15 is a one of a kind revolution in kindness, it is the voice in the wilderness and the all inclusive support needed within the arena of tears it has the privilege to serve in.
