Who are we?

We are Rockchase Sports Indoor Cricket Centre, a passionate team of cricket lovers committed to growing the game and building a stronger community through sport. Our mission is to create a dedicated indoor space where cricketers of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels can train, compete, and connect year-round. From grassroots beginners to experienced players, Rockchase is a place for everyone to develop, thrive, and chase their cricket dreams — rain or shine.

Why are we crowdfunding?

We’ve successfully set up Rockchase Sports Indoor Cricket Centre, and the response from the community has been incredible. Now, we’re ready to take the next big step — and we need your support to do it.

We're crowdfunding to improve and expand our facilities, making Rockchase more inclusive, accessible, and welcoming for everyone. Our goals include:

• Upgrading our toilet and changing facilities to modern, clean, and comfortable standards

• Creating a safe, private space for women and children to get changed and feel secure

• Adding disabled access and facilities so that no one is left out, regardless of ability

These improvements are essential to ensure Rockchase remains a community-first space that supports all players — from kids and parents to women’s teams and people with disabilities. Every donation will help us build a more inclusive, supportive, and fully equipped centre where everyone can enjoy the game of cricket with dignity and confidence.

How we’ll spend the money raised

Your support will directly help us make Rockchase Sports Indoor Cricket Centre more inclusive, comfortable, and welcoming for all. Here’s how the funds will be used:

• New, modern toilet facilities – £10,000

• Upgraded changing rooms (with private space for women and children) – £8,000

• Installation of accessible/disabled toilets and access ramps – £7,000

• Safety and privacy enhancements (doors, lighting, signage) – £3,000

• Seating and comfort improvements for spectators and parents – £2,000

• Contingency & professional installation costs – £5,000

Every contribution helps us create a space where everyone feels safe, respected, and included, whether they’re playing or cheering from the sidelines.
