Welcome to Project One, where we plan to tackle homelessness in the UK, by using the simple but effective Housing First model first seen in Finland. Where the cornerstone is giving the user a warm comfortable place to call home.
Then, TOGETHER we work through all the associated barriers to transitioning back to a more fulfilled and meaningful life.
We plan on being the first commercial operation to offer off-grid tiny eco homes for the ever growing homeless population.
A simple but effective vision to create homeless villages made up of tiny off grid eco homes, sited on meanwhile land.
These will generate enough revenue to fund future developments along with covering day to day running costs.
Employment will be available through our onsite social enterprise;
Keep Me In The Dark
This will be owned and operated by the site and will be a commercial viable organic mushroom farm, we already have the help and supported on hand for this venture.

Project Manager & Interior Design
Chris Law
Chris oversees the build process, from planning to interior fit-out. He coordinates with contractors, and ensures that each eco-cabin is completed to the highest standard. Chris's background in interior design ensures that each eco-cabin offers a welcoming functional space for residents.
Coming from a deprived town in the central belt of Scotland Chris has seen first hand the hardship of homelessness and this is one of the main driving forces behind backing this project.
Our first village of 10 eco homes is scheduled for construction the second quarter of 2025, with a supported living scheme designed to get individuals off the streets, back into society and with the end goal of fulltime employment and permanent housing status.
