Our Foxy Lady is coming back home to Bournemouth thanks to Bournemouth Aviation Museum .
Sea Vixen XP924, G-CVIX 'Foxy Lady' since her accident in 2017 has been based within the Navy Wings collection at Yeovilton.
Though they did a sterling effort trying to raise the 2 million that was needed to return her to flight, sadly nobody has come forward.
So the decision to give somebody else the opportunity to care for her in her golden years was made.
Bournemouth Aviation Museum have come forward as her saviours to allow people like you and I the chance to connect with her and marvel at her majesty.
Project CVIX - Back to Base
The fund needs £40000 to transport her back, police escorts, surveys, equipment, and transportation all amount up to bring her back home and we need to do it properly.
We are aiming to keep her undercover when she reaches her new home at Bournemouth Aviation Museum but it needs to be a non permanent structure due to being on greenbelt land.
If anyone can help to provide this or if we raise over £40000 we can utilise that straight away and keep her beautiful.
So, join us, pledge your support and bring this beautiful aircraft back to Bournemouth so that we can all be part of her story.
