Help Us Grow Our Bakery — From Healing to Hope 

We are the heart and hands behind Corgi & Cream Bakery, a humble home-based bakery born not just out of a love for baking, but out of necessity, healing, and hope.

Our journey began in our small kitchen during a time when life felt anything but sweet. One of us was battling a serious and chronic health condition, navigating hospital visits and hard days with the kind of strength you don’t know you have until it’s your only option. The other was learning to live with a diagnosis of PTSD, a daily battle often unseen but deeply felt. Baking became more than a creative outlet—it became therapy. Each loaf, each batch, each cookie became an act of defiance against the circumstances that tried to hold us back.

What started as a way to cope and care for each other slowly grew into something more. Friends began asking for our bread. Neighbors placed orders for cakes. Word spread, and our little bakery took on a life of its own—one warm, hand-shaped treat at a time.

Today, we are proud to say our small bakery is thriving. But our home kitchen has become too small for the big dreams we’ve baked up. We’re now at a point where demand has outgrown our space, and we need to move into a dedicated commercial kitchen to continue serving our community and to create opportunities for others who, like us, have found strength through struggle.

This isn’t just about cookies or cupcakes—it’s about creating a space where resilience rises, where healing smells like fresh bread, and where every bite tells a story of perseverance.
