Hi my name is Rich and I am a 44 year old man who lives in a high rise property. I have trouble drying clothes indoors with no access to outdoor space especially in the winter months. I have purchased a dehumidifier to try and stop my clean clothes from smelling from having such high humidity levels and I also have a fan to help speed up the process. The idea is to eliminate the high humidity levels and remove the particles that come off clothes during the open-air drying process creating a much healthier place to live in. The thing is I want to achieve these things without it costing a lot in energy bills with the price of energy in the UK at record highs. I want to eliminate having to use the dehumidifier by removing the moist air directly from the product outside while also removing the thousands of micro particles that come off clothing during the drying process. With the donations I receive I need to do 3 main things, firstly create a clothes horse that is more robust than standard ones. Then create an outer skin to create a confined space to dry in. And then design a roof that spreads the incoming air evenly. The other parts to the product are already available so I won't have to do any development on those so it's just these 3 things that need creating to show a finished working product so I can do demonstrations to gain access to investors and retailers.
