Project #3NT will transform abandoned spaces and refurbish them to the benefit of local folk and business alike.

by Arron Uytendhal in Sauchie, Scotland, United Kingdom

My Name is Arron, Royal Air Force Veteran but still a local lad.

I have been on a litter picking mission over lock down and it was very clear to me that the worse condition a public area was maintained the higher the litter count was.

I also discovered broken asbestos on the ground and children playing freely amongst it.  It's been 6 years since the asbestos from the garage roofs was broken and the local council has failed to take action.

I am willing to take responsibility for this area and transform it into a place any local resident would be proud of.

Bars, Cafes, Shops and Storage on a smaller local Scale with shared costs meaning less cost to business owners and customers.

Outdoor spaces fit for the current times with bio diversity at it's very heart.

Creating a safer, more stable local economy for everyone resident here and making our hard work make a difference to the place we call home.

The project will broken down in to three parts

Op MAKE SAFE -  The site will have all asbestos removed by an offically registered company.  All units will be deep cleaned and the site made safe for residents and workers in stage 2.

Op Spring - Full refurbishment from top to bottom.  New roofs fitted with supports strong enough for a wild flower garden on top improving the view for residents living in the area and promoting local wildlife to move back in.

New secure garage doors with art fronts to brighten up Clackmannanshire for us all.

Designing functional and adatable interiors for a wide range of use.

New trees planted and community gardens installed for local residents to enjoy.

Op Admin - plan and prepare for the new businesses arriving by local advertising and a high profile continuous campaign recording the changes to the area and the benefits to the people.

Guaranteed fair rent reducing business costs.

New outdoor social gathering area giving you space that makes adhering to government guidelines on social distancing more natural.

Local work where you are the boss with less risk.

Identify other run down sites for community acquisition and repeat the process using funds raised from #3NT.
