Progress Network CIC

We are a local community organization named Progress Network CIC, we host a range of activities for
families, young people & children predominantly in the St Leonards area, & also in other parts of
Hastings, Ore, Hollington & as far as Eastbourne, we currently work with over 150 families locally &
Our workshops are inclusively interactive and support physical and mental health, well-being,
creativity and bring people together from all walks of life and ethnicities. Progress Network works
hand in hand with our local community in establishing primary needs, setting aims, designing
solutions, and facilitating activities, also a large portion of what we do is training local community
members to creatively problem solve and acquire skills, and in doing so many volunteers have
become professional workshop leaders & managerial staff in our organization. Two of our main
weekly clubs are the “Great Work Creativity Club” supporting STEAM & life skill development
through creativity & “St Leonards Sparks Football Club” which supports mental & physical health &
well-being, we also hold a range of larger community events listed below.
• The Big Celebration – to recognize outstanding contributions from Children, Young People,
and Community Members
• Super Family Funday – to support and promote health and fitness within the larger
community.
• Young Stars Entrepreneur Fair – supporting young people and children to recognize skills and
abilities and gain skills in entrepreneurship.
• Progress Camping – to go beyond the daily grind and take away a group of local people to
enjoy nature, destress, and relax.
• Movie Nights in the Park – we bring the cinema to the people in natural spaces to congregate
and enjoy
