We're still collecting donations
On the 12th May 2020 we'd raised £110 with 7 supporters in 28 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
To hopefully raise funds from our supporters and customers to keep our business afloat during this hard time

On the 12th May 2020 we'd raised £110 with 7 supporters in 28 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
We are a mobile caterers producing freshly prepared Mauritian food. We operate from a large mobile catering van and a catering trailer where we trade throughout the year, mainly in the spring and summer months attending markets, festivals, weddings, birthdays, charity events, sports events and many other events and functions.
The COVID-19 pandemic has created a very uncertain landscape for millions of small businesses in the UK, which is going to make it very challenging for businesses to survive, including ours. It has come during our busiest period and every event has been cancelled for the foreseeable future. Being self employed mobile caterers the government aren’t helping financially until June and even then we are not sure we are eligible until the HMRC decide. This wait and the uncertainty is literally crippling us. We have lot of costs to cover, such as insurance covers, maintenance issues, vehicle costs, and other business costs and we are struggling terribly with no income coming in through the business. Our sim is to ensure a business comes out at the end of this, so we can continue to serve our loyal customers.
You can buy it as a voucher to use it later when we do the Mauritian Open Air Festival. We are there trading every year hopefully it will on this year at a later date. Saying that if not this year, use can help the voucher next year.
We are doing our bit for the community and the stock we hold and ordered before the covid-19 Outbreak we have donated to the NHS and elderly and vulnerable people. We have been producing our food and distributing to local hospitals, NHS buildings as well as the Armed Forces who are based locally and who are helping with the pandemic.
The aim of this request is to ask you to kindly support us, if possible with a small donation to help keep our business running and for it to stay afloat during this troubled time.
Please buy as a voucher to use later on or a small donation will be appreciated.
