Please help me and my children keeping us house

Hello my name it's Dorota I'm single mother of 3 kids. I'm writing because I think it's my last chance here for help!! Please if anybody can help 🙏  I'm very struggling with pay my bill I'm on debt 4.600 I need to pay if not debt collection come take everything. I have very difficult time in my life from 5 months because I can't working I'm waiting for stomach operation and I got liver problem aswell. Please if anybody can help me and my children!!! Thank you so much. I understand my writing it's bad but I was try the best.
