Who I Am

Hi, I am Chera ; an operations and strategy consultant with deep roots in both the UK and the Caribbean. I have spent years supporting charities and mission-driven organisations to do what they do best: change lives.

But too often, I have seen brilliant organisations held back by messy systems, burnt-out teams, and unclear processes. That’s where I come in.

My Vision: Pitons Peak Consulting

I created Pitons Peak Consulting to help smaller charities, mission driven organisations and grassroots teams run better behind the scenes -- from operations and staff wellbeing to delivery and impact.

My vision is simple:
To build a thriving,  values-based consultancy that provides affordable, practical, and empowering support to the organisations doing the hardest, most important work.

What I have Done So Far

I have laid the foundation using free tools, personal savings, and sheer passion. I have created coaching programmes, toolkits, and guides that are already making a difference;  but I need your help to grow this into a sustainable, high-quality service.

What the Funds Will Be Used For

With your support, I will:

• ✅ Invest in proper branding and marketing 

• 💻 Buy a new laptop to replace my outdated, slowing equipment

• ™️ Register and trademark the Pitons Peak name and logo

• 📢 Reach more charities that can’t afford high-end consultancy rates

• 🧰 Expand my toolkit library with new, editable, client-ready resources

The charities I serve do not always have the budget or capacity to bring in big firms, but they still deserve expert support. Pitons Peak Consulting is designed to fill that gap, with heart, culture, and purpose at its core.
