Pinkerton Triangle Community Wildlife Area, Crail

Far too many habitats like this one are being lost to developers. If we don't do something about it now, the local environment will be a poorer place as a result.

Great to see this happening in Crail - bring on the birds!

Thank you for doing this, Pinkerton and Crail community activists. I walk the Triangle constantly and much appreciate its undeveloped beauty. Forward together keeping Crail rural and wild!

We are retiring to Pinkerton from a nearby farm where we encouraged and enjoyed the wildlife, so are delighted to support this project, not just for our own benefit, but for the benefit of all who appreciate the uniqueness of Crail.

I love Crail and the walk round Roome Bay.

We've made a kissing gate for hedgehogs at Bank Corner! (Pinkerton hedgehogs welcome).

Creating and maintaining wildlife corridors, even tiny ones like Pinkerton, will help keep the environment stitched together and working properly. And the whitethroats and stonechats there make me smile every time I pass through.
