Why are we asking for your help & how will your pledges be spent?
WE are calling on you...our PILOXERCISE family for some support in our time of need. The Covid-19 epidemic has affected numerous people and local businesses and we want to be able to continue to support our local instructors and community, with our beautiful space, through such unprecedented times. Within one week of the pandemic, we managed to move classes online with the aim to continue to support our community and instructors throughout the period of studio closure.
We are now reopening and looking to improve what we have to offer the community.
Our upstairs studio is OLD and dated, and a-revamp is well overdue! We currently only have full-length mirrors in half of the studio space, and we know that the use of mirrors in class is really useful, especially in dance-based classes!
Our mission is to continue to provide you with a variety of high-quality and unique affordable classes which are inclusive and suitable for everyone, as well as offering a space with beautiful full-length mirrors.
The Space
It is a massive (16x6 metres) space, perfect for classes like Carnival Fit, Soca Step, Tribu13 & Heels with Fresh Dance - which is popular and packed! Having full-length mirrors across the wall will help you to see all those beautiful faces, correct your technique as well as see your instructor from anywhere in the room!
We hope you'll agree our newly refurbished space will be gorgeous and full of potential!
The Obstacle
As most of you know we have had a number of setbacks having to close for the majority of the year due to covid restrictions, which has put massive financial pressure on the business and team, receiving very little government support. 0
We have already done the majority of the work ourselves... installing a new sound system and club lighting, and still plan to redecorate the walls giving it a FRESH look.
Rewards
For those donating £20 or more we will be inviting you to attend our special festival-themed fundraiser on the 27th June. 3 hours of dance, fun and drumming with our favourite teachers Louis Eboa, Becks' Tribu13 and our PILOXERCISE famalay.
If you are able to donate £10 we will be giving your 2 class credits to attend 2 classes in our newly refurbished studio.

On the 27th June join us for the first event back dancing all together, the Festival of the Freedom Era with the PILOXERCISE team, Tribu13 sweat sisters, Louis Eboa and his drummering squad!
