As we approach our third year, we are excited to launch our annual fundraiser. Our ethos, ‘Artists Supporting Artists’, remains at the core of this effort. This initiative directly supports our programmed artists, providing them with funds to realise ambitious exhibitions, allowing for time, research, and production costs.
This year, we are thrilled to welcome new artists to our roster of contributors who have generously donated their work to the cause. Allowing us opportunity to support and run our programme for another year.
100% of sales will be evenly distributed among the six exhibitions programmed for 2025. Over the past two years, our annual fundraiser has enabled us to award funds of £765 and £560 per artist which has been used to realise their exhibitions. We aim to make our highest total yet, to help support our ambitious programme next year.
This year is a little different in that there are two ways to support our 2025 programme
1. Sale of artworks: The new artworks will be available to buy through the gallery’s forthcoming crowdfunding page.
2. General Prize Draw: The chance to win an artwork for £10! The artworks from 2024’s fundraiser will be available to win through a general prize draw, also hosted on the gallery’s crowdfunding page. Participants can buy a draw ticket at £10 each, entering into the chance to win an artwork.
For example, if the draw raises £1,000, the first winner can select an artwork of their choosing as can the next winner. This continues until the total value of £1,000 has been distributed. All general prize draw artworks are also available to buy outright. Please DM if you’re interested.
Both ways to support Piccalilli and our artists run until 31st January 2025. Thank you in advance for your support and generosity! Xx
