Authentic Petra style Restaurant/Shisha cafe

Aim: Fueling Fulham's Flavours: Creating a vibrant authentic Arabic Restaurant & Shisha Bar at 845 Fulham Rd!

Alright, listen up, we're a bunch of Londoners – and as a parent of three with a masters degree in business from Huddersfield University, and being half Jordanian and half English, I'm proper buzzing to bring a unique twist of Petra magic and some seriously good Jordanian grub with a British flair down to 845 Fulham Road. Our plan? A proper authentic Arabic restaurant in the daytime, serving up proper Jordanian scran and Middle Eastern bits, cleverly weaving in some British style, then turning into a wicked Petra-inspired Shisha bar when the sun goes down.

Our vision, yeah? It's to take you right to the heart of Jordan, innit, with a little taste of home. Imagine chowing down surrounded by bits and bobs that look like the old city, tucking into proper family recipes that have been going 'round for ages, now reimagined with a British touch. Then, when it gets dark, the vibe changes to a proper chill Shisha sesh, full of that warm Jordanian hospitality, yeah? We wanna make a real special spot in Fulham, somewhere you can get a proper taste of the Middle East, blended beautifully with British influences.

The cash we get, right, that's gonna be massive for making this happen. It'll go straight into giving the place a proper Petra-style makeover: getting some unique bits and pieces, setting the right mood, and making a comfy Shisha bit out the back. We'll spend a good whack on kitting out the kitchen with all the gear to cook proper Jordanian food, using top-quality ingredients, yeah, and experimenting with exciting British twists. We're also gonna sort out the garden, make it look a bit like Petra with all the colours and textures, for a top Shisha experience. And finally, we'll use some of the dosh to get proper supplies and get the word out to everyone in Fulham about our new Petra-style restaurant and Shisha bar, where Jordanian tradition meets British innovation.
