We're still collecting donations
On the 19th July 2022 we'd raised £1,410 with 50 supporters in 28 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
I am raising £1600 to move my business from online to a sales unit, so I can get my life back on track after recovering from cancer.

I am Caroline from Petit Oiseau Gifts, as some of you reading this will know I hand-make scented soy candles and wax melts. I want to move my business from online to a sales unit. I will use the money for start-up costs. A shop counter, POS System, 3 freestanding shelving units, a special adapted slow cooker so I can do batch making, and stock so I can make candles and wax melts to get me started.
My unit will be at FarGo Village Coventry https://www.fargovillage.co.uk/ It is the old industrial quarter of Coventry, and the village has artisan makers, the most amazing street food, restaurants, retro clothes, collectibles, and many more retail small businesses. It is just the place for me and my candles and wax melts. I will run some candle-making courses and this will be the ideal venue for this. I will also have in my shop some local artists showcasing their modern British abstract art and resin products.
In 2019 I had cancer. I believe that having cancer gives you a different outlook on life and that life is for living, so you should do what makes you happy. I am in my happy place making candles and wax melts. I would love the opportunity to move my business to the next level.
