Our Vision for Stowe Events Centre
Hi we're Dom and Sarah, the new owners of the Stowe Pub. Located in the picturesque village of Kilkhampton on the north Cornish coast, we are lucky enough to find ourselves as landlord and lady of the Stowe Pub at Penstowe Manor. We envisage transforming the old sports hall into a vibrant events centre which will will host sports exhibitions (professional snooker and darts nights), comedy nights, concerts, community gatherings, plays, movie nights, charity boxing and wrestling and much more. We hope this space will become a dynamic hub for our community.
We hope to raise enough money to help with:
Fit-Out: Install lighting, sound systems, and staging to accommodate a new 500 seater event space for diverse events and sports exhibtions.
Decoration: Create an inviting atmosphere with modern decor, comfortable seating, and versatile layouts.
Accessibility: Ensure the space is accessible to all, including wheelchair ramps and hearing aid support.
Infrastructure: Upgrade heating, cooling, and restroom facilities to enhance visitor comfort. This includes a new fully licensed bar area.
