Parkinson's Ninja Community Interest Company

Aim: Parkinson's Ninja provides free to use exercise classes three times a week for people on the Wirral who live with Parkinson's disease.

Parkinson's Ninja was formed in 2021 and in recent times has grown rapidly now having in excess of 60 people with Parkinson's attending classes. We also actively encourage members partners and/or carers to take part.

Parkinson's Disease is the world's fastest growing neurological disease and there is presently no known cure. Regrettably it is also an illness whose symptoms are likely to get progressively worse with time.  In excess of 150,000 people in the UK live wit the disease. 

Parkinson's Ninja provide exercise classes at low, medium and high levels of intensity to suit the needs of its members and to actively target areas of Parkinson's such as balance and coordination

On Sunday 6th July 2025 a team from Parkinson's Ninja including friends and family will be taking part in the Wirral Coastal Walk and members can walk up to 20km on the day. This is a major opportunity for Parkinson's Ninja to raise funds to enable our classes to continue and thrive and continue to offer free to use classes
