Pane & Amore - a Bakery with Heart and Purpose

Aim: To create a welcoming bakery and café and also supports single mothers by offering employment and a supportive community space.

My name is Stephanie, and I am a single mother with a passion for baking and a dream to create a better life for my child and others in our community. Through resilience and determination, I’ve overcome challenges and setbacks, and now I am ready to turn my dream into reality: opening Pane & Amore, a warm and welcoming bakery in Birmingham.

But Pane & Amore is more than just a bakery. It’s a place where lives can change. My mission is to offer employment opportunities to single mothers like me, while also creating a supportive space where people can connect, share stories, and find encouragement over a fresh loaf of bread or a slice of cake.
